Some of you have asked about using an escrow. We understand your desire for a solid guarantee that the project will be developed with all the features we promised on schedule.

As a team, we’ve decided not to use an escrow. Setting one up would be complicated and would add a layer of process to our development process, which we want to keep streamlined. We accept that this decision will factor into backers’ decisions about how much to support this project. For us, maintaining a simple development process is more important than having an escrow.
